This video features a concert of the National Ensemble of Folk Dances and Songs of Macedonia "Tanec" during their first tour in the US in 1956. Tanec was the first ensemble from the former Yugoslavia that traveled to the US and showcased its rich repertoire. The repertoire includes: Nevestinsko, Teshkoto, Kjupurlika, Rusalii, Vrličko Kolo, Shopska Petorka, Serbian Festival Dances, Bunjevačko Momačko Kolo, Kopachkata, Aramisko, Gankino Oro, Croatian Festival Dances, Baranjska Humoreska, Skopje Festival Dances.
